Here are the tools available to you, depending on your products and needs:
- Mini loads are currently used specifically for the automated storage of products of varying sizes and weights.
- Dispeo is equipped with sorters that allow for the simultaneous processing of a large number of orders, particularly for textiles, footwear, and high-tech products.
- X BELT is designed for large product ranges with shallow stock depths, suitable for cosmetics and wellness products, food, high-tech, and leisure items.
Dispeo also has innovative and efficient processes:
- Goods-to-person: Goods-to-person solutions bring goods to the operator, rather than the other way around. Items are thus available in the desired area, allowing operators to scan them and finalize order preparations efficiently, saving time and reducing picking errors. At Dispeo, we use these goods-to-person solutions for textiles, footwear, cosmetics & wellness, food (including pet food), high-tech, and leisure products.
- Pick/pull-to-light: Computer-assisted order preparation guides the operator picking products from the storage aisles using lights that illuminate where the product is located. These pick/pull-to-light solutions are used in textiles, food, pet food, and leisure products.
- Packing: This refers to the entire process of packaging and conditioning a product. At Dispeo we have machines that allow this packing in fashion, cosmetics, food, high tech and leisure.
Information technology
L’IT is a real strength at Dispeo and is central to all our expertise. How have we integrated it? How do we operate?
Initially, the point of contact between the client and Dispeo is a file transmitted either via API or EDI. The interface then takes place via the client extranet. Dispeo then uses either its own WMS or its own TMS. The WMS we are currently deploying is MANHATTAN 2018, which enjoys a global reputation in the field of WMS. Dispeo is proficient in these various warehouse management systems.
Our proprietary TMS allows us to be constantly connected to our 80 carriers. The WMS and TMS are the keys to successfully integrating orders into our information system. These two different technologies allow us to save time and increase productivity, which ultimately benefits YOUR clients. Dispeo has integrated infrastructure and support teams of more than 30 people.
Returns management and quality control
Dispeo’s returns management system is deeply rooted in its long-standing expertise and constitutes one of its greatest strengths.
Finally, at every stage of our collaboration, Dispeo’s key advantage lies in the monitoring and agility we demonstrate to support your logistics. Upon signing the Letter of Intent (LOI), the project undergoes a highly refined onboarding and post-implementation process. Dispeo measures the quality of service and provides you with feedback through KPIs, dashboards, and regular communication.
